Maureen Regan

Maureen Regan is Senior Associate at 3 Click Solutions, coordinating both federal and state government legislative outreach and research on behalf of 3 Click clients. Regan’s primary role is in the healthcare sector, with particular attention to e-health initiatives and health information and insurance exchange policy development and implementation on the state level.

During the 2010 election cycle, Regan joined the campaign trail in Pennsylvania, where she worked with the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and the DCCC to recruit and train supporters for grassroots activities including coordinating canvassing efforts, promoting voter and volunteer outreach, and facilitating off-site Election Day operations. Prior to her experience on that campaign, Regan served as institutional liaison for visiting artists at Centerstage of Baltimore, where she also worked in events and promotion.  She worked off-off Broadway at the revered La MaMa institution in New York City and in Boston on behalf of the Actors’ Shakespeare Project, where she served as Production Assistant for three years while working in costume and wardrobe construction.

Regan is also an accomplished dancer; she trained with the prestigious Rince Na Tiarna school of dance, earning both national and regional accolades in the nine years prior to her retirement. She has served as a consultant for multiple artistic endeavors, including several projects funded by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Boys and Girls Club, the City of Erie School District and Gannon University. She is classically trained in acting and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Boston’s Emerson College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Maureen is a member of the Washington Area State Relations Group, the DC D.A.R., and recently began working with the House of Ruth of Maryland, a prevention, intervention and advocacy nonprofit organization for victims of domestic violence.
