Cliff Andrews’s years of bipartisan experience as a federal legislative strategist and corporate advocate in Washington, DC, led to a successful career with CapCity Advocates, LLC. As a Senior Advisor for 3 Click Solutions, he uses that experience to benefit clients in the mortgage lending, banking privacy and financial services sectors.

Andrews served as the Director of Government Affairs for Butera and Andrews — a Washington, DC, law firm — and worked in the Senate and with Equitable and New York Life. His business background has served him well in interacting with a wide variety of House and Senate committees as well as many corporations and trade associations.

Andrews holds a master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University. He is a true Washingtonian, born and raised in DC. Additionally, he is a member of the American League of Lobbyists and resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Sandra, and their two children.
