Padden Guy Murphy

Padden comes to 3 Click Solutions after working at F&D Private Equity in Beijing, China, where he worked as an analyst on issues relating to agriculture assets in Southeast Asia and Africa. Cumulatively, Padden lived in China for three years, studying at Beijing University, Zhejiang University and the Harbin Institute of Technology. He also spent a year as a university lecturer at Lishui University in Zejiang Province, where he taught courses on business, the American press and advanced English writing. Prior to his time overseas, he served as a legislative affairs intern in the offices of U.S. Senators Max Baucus and Edward Kennedy.

Padden recently graduated with a master’s degree in Modern Chinese Studies from Oxford University, having previously received a B.A. Honors in International Relations and Chinese from Tufts University. At both Oxford and Tufts, Padden focused his studies on U.S.-Sino economic relations and competition for energy and natural resources. Padden was honored with Tufts’ highest accolade, the President’s Award for Citizenship and Public Service, and his Oxford master’s thesis, Reading the Wind in China: An analysis of China’s wind energy sector, was awarded distinction.

Walter Torres

Walter Torres comes to 3 Click Solutions from American University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a double concentration in American Politics and Political Theory. In January, Walter will enter the School of Public Affairs at American University for his Master’s in Public Policy.

At American, Walter was an active member of the College Republicans, Kennedy Political Union and served as Associate Justice within American University’s Judicial Board in student government.

In addition to his university schedule and various campus group affiliations, Walter has worked for BHS Fundraising, where he coordinated meetings and events for congressional clients, and for Grassroots Targeting, where he assisted in creating effective campaign strategies.

Walter is also a graduate of the Campaign Management Institute within American University and is certified with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science). Walter is fluent in both English and Spanish.

William Lewis

William Lewis comes to 3 Click Solutions after graduating from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he focused his studies on financial services and corporate law. He worked as an Honors Intern in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance. He also worked as a research assistant for both UNC’s Center for Community Capital and Center for Banking and Finance. William is licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.

Prior to attending Law School, William earned his bachelor’s with distinction in Public Policy Analysis with a concentration in Business Policy and minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. While an undergraduate student at UNC, he was a project manager with the web design and consulting firm, New Media Campaigns. William played on UNC’s club lacrosse team for four years and was the team’s president and coach his senior year.
